More savoury items from the bakery include Shiitake, Potato & Brie Puff Tarts; Baked Chicken Pot Pie; and Bacon, Eggs & Cheddar Puff.
Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy goodies like Berry Dutch Baby, wood-fired Dutch pancake served with fresh berries and lemon honey ricotta cheese; Dulce De Leche Shibuya Toast served with caramelized banana and coffee ice cream; Graham Cracker Waffles with toasted marshmallows and chocolate sorbet; and the breakfast classic, Yoghurt Granola Bowl, with chocolate coconut granola and roasted strawberries.
Vegetarian guests can pick from heartier options like Sweet Potato Chestnut Pancake with caramelized onion, avocado, turmeric creme fraiche; Tofu Scramble with stewed cherry tomatoes, arugula served with smoked ciabatta; Breakfast Burrata topped with mushroom, spinach and cashew hollandaise served with a slice of sourdough; and Honey Sesame Halloumi served with jalapeno yoghurt, fruit & nut barley tabbouleh.
No brunch is complete without eggs. Pick from options like Shakshuka Verde, baked eggs with spiced green tomatoes, winter greens, olive and dukkah; and Turkish Eggs, poached eggs with labneh, chili butter, lamb kofta, herb salad served with za’atar flatbread. Other dishes include Goan Chorizo Benedict with avocado, fermented chili honey & lime hollandaise and potato rosti; and ‘Q’ Dutch Baby, wood-fired savoury Dutch pancake served with mushrooms, roast buff and a fried egg.
