Kartik Aaryan looks suave in first look poster of ‘Dhamaka’, says ‘Aaj mera Birthday hai’

Actor Kartik Aaryan who has turned 30th on Sunday delighted his fans by giving a special treat on his birthday.

Marking his birthday, the new ‘chocolate boy’ of the tinsel town dropped the first look motion poster of his upcoming movie ‘Dhamaka’. Kartik has teamed up with Ram Madhvani and Ronnie Screwvala for this flick. Sharing the motion poster on his social media handles Instagram and Twitter, Kartik wrote, “Aaj mera Birthday hai #DHAMAKA hona chahiye”. 

In the poster, Kartik looks suave donning a black coat, white shirt and a tie. He can be seen sporting a long hairstyle with a beard and spectacles. The actor is gazing at a burning bridge upon the ocean, outside a glass window. The motion poster shows Kartik in a never-seen-before avatar. Kartik’s Instagram post received more than nine lakh views and around three lakh 87 thousand likes within an hour, owing to his massive fanbase.

Bollywood celebrities showered their love on the actor’s post– Designer Manish Malhotra said, “Dhamaka toh you are already happy birthday”. Sophie Choudry said, “Happy happy bday caption King!! Here’s to a dhamakedar year”. Tiger Shroff said, “Happy birthday bro”. Honey Singh commented, “Happy Birthday brother”.

Filmmaker Ram Madhvani also shared the poster on his Twitter handle and said, “Announcing our Hindi feature film #Dhamaka on @TheAaryanKartik‘s birthday. Have a Dhamakedar year ahead! Happy to be collaborating with @RonnieScrewvala and @RSVPMovies”.

Directed by Ram Madhvani, the movie will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Amita Madhvani and Ram Madhvani. The flick will go on floors in 2021. On the work front, Kartik was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s directorial ‘Love Aaj Kal’. He will also be playing the lead roles in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ and ‘Dostana 2’.
