Katrina Kaif has the sanest post COVID recovery health advice that you cannot miss!

It was back on April 7th when Katrina Kaif had tested positive for Covid-19 and later on April 17th, she finally tested negative, which sure was a great news for all her fans out there. Sharing her post-COVID recovery experience, the actress on Saturday shared a special post talking about how difficult it is to exercise.

‘Finally starting workouts after testing negative has been tough’, Katrina shared. She wrote, “Back at it, Post covid I’ve had to be patient with myself in terms of getting back to exercise – you have to go at your own pace and listen to your body, you have good days and then days when you feel exhausted again. Going slow and trusting your body’s healing process and giving yourself time. Step by step”.
