There is a major spike in coronavirus cases in Maharashtra. And the latest Bollywood celebrity who has contracted the deadly virus is the gorgeous diva Katrina Kaif.
Many Bollywood actors like Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Aamir Khan, among others are battling with COVID-19. And now, Katrina has also joined this list.
The ‘Namastey London’ actress revealed the news on Tuesday, through a statement on her Instagram story. Katrina said that she has tested positive for COVID-19 and is under home quarantine. She also requested everyone who came in contact with her to get themselves tested. Katrina also said that she is grateful for all the love and support.
“I have tested positive for Covid-19. Have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I’m following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately too. Grateful for all your love & support. Please stay safe and take care,” the ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ fame actress said in her post.

On the work front, Katrina will be next seen in ‘Phone Bhoot’ along with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She will also appear in Rohit Shetty’s action film ‘Sooryavanshi’ alongside Akshay Kumar. The 37-year-old actress will also star in ‘Tiger 3’ opposite Salman Khan.
