‘Keep shining as Gangubai, Sita’, says Akshay Kumar as he sends birthday love to Alia Bhatt

As the versatile and gorgeous actress of the tinsel world Alia Bhatt has turned 28th on Monday, the Bollywood stars are pouring their love for the diva on social media. 

The internet is flooded with heartwarming birthday wishes for the impeccable and one of the most adored actresses in the industry. Alia is ruling millions of hearts with her charming persona and flawless performances on the silver screen.

The diva has paved her way to success in the Bollywood with her dedication towards the craft and her versatility. Apart from her acting adroitness, the ‘Gully Boy’ fame star enjoys a massive fanbase on the social media, with 51.2 million followers on Instagram.

The powerhouse actress Alia has carved a niche for herself with her choice of movies and spectacular acting skills. Her versatility game is always on point and it is a treat to watch her on the silver screen as she always has something new to present on the table. 

Now on the birthday of the ‘Raazi’ star, the ‘Khiladi’ of Bollywood Akshay Kumar took to his Instagram story and penned a heartfelt note for Alia. Akshay shared a picture with Alia, wherein both are seen sharing smiles and are surrounded by little girls. The throwback photo seems to be from an event. 

Sharing the photo, the ‘Pad Man’ star wrote, “Wish you a very happy birthday Alia Bhatt! May you keep shining as Gangubai, Sita and all the different hats you don”, followed by a heart emoji.

Alia replied to Akshay’s message and said, “Haha thank you so so much!!!”

On the work front, Alia will be seen opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji’s fantasy film trilogy, the first of which is named ‘Brahmāstra’. She will then appear alongside N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan in the Telugu-language period film ‘RRR’, and will portray the titular gangster and madam of a Kamathipura brothel in ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, a biographical film directed, produced, written and composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. 

Bhatt has also committed to feature alongside an ensemble cast in ‘Takht’, a historical drama directed by Johar. She is also slated to make her production debut with ‘Darlings’, which will mark the directorial debut of screenwriter Jasmeet K. Reen and will mark her reunion with ‘Dear Zindagi’ producer Gauri Khan, while starring her in the lead alongside Shefali Shah.
