The actress is currently busy with the filming of her next movie ‘Looop Lapeta’. On Saturday, the ‘Pink’ actress took to her Instagram handle and gave a sneak peek of herself from the sets of the upcoming film.
She shared a behind-the-scenes (BTS) picture, wherein the diva is seen flaunting her hairstyle that she will be sporting for the movie. In the photograph, we can see Taapsee opting for a funky braided hairstyle, maybe for the first time. In the side profile of the ‘Badla’ star, we can spot the braid adorned with hoops and colourful hair ties.
Sharing the picture of her new braided hairstyle, Taapsee wrote, “When was the last time you did something for the first time….. #BeingSavi #LooopLapeta”. Her post has garnered more than two lakh likes, and a heart from Ayushmann Khurrana.

‘Looop Lapeta’ is helmed by Aakash Bhatia, and is the official Hindi remake of the 1998 German film, ‘Run Lola Run’. The movie also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin. The flick is being produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment (Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar) and Aayush Maheshwari.
‘Run Lola Run’ is a 1998 German experimental thriller film. The film was written and directed by Tom Tykwer, and stars Franka Potente as Lola and Moritz Bleibtreu as Manni. The story follows a woman who needs to obtain 100,000 Deutschmarks in 20 minutes to save her boyfriend’s life.
On the professional front, Taapsee has also wrapped up the shooting of Vinil Mathew’s ‘Haseen Dillruba’ in October 2020. She has Rahul Dholakia’s ‘Shabaash Mithu’ in the pipeline. The film is the biopic of Indian Women’s Cricket Team captain Mithali Raj. She will also be seen in sports drama ‘Rashmi Rocket’.
