Sara Ali Khan channels her inner poet in throwback video from Kashmir; says ‘we can all have more gratitude for the planet we live on’

Sara Ali Khan, has undoubtedly a large and a loyal fanbase throughout social media and it continues to develop by leaps and bounds, every day. Be it her charming looks, witty shayaris or intense workout videos, the actress’ social media game has always been on point. Whenever she puts across something on her social media, it takes the nation by a storm.

The starlet always wins our hearts with her utter beauty and never fails to make an impression. Now on the occasion of World Environment Day, the young diva took to her Instagram handle and shared a mesmerising throwback video from her visit to Kashmir in April this year. Sara had a wonderful family getaway to the picturesque Kashmir with brother Ibrahim Ali Khan and mother Amrita Singh. 

In the Instagram reel video, we can see Sara donning a grey turtleneck sweater, and a grey and pink beanie cap. She is giving a glimpse of a stream and snowcapped landscape in the clip. Known for her goofy antics, we can hear Sara reciting a poem penned by her.

She can be heard saying, “Namaste darshako… jaise ki aap sun sakte hai that is the paani ki dhwani, it is beautiful oh so sunny, the air is lovely sweet as honey, please like share and subscribe if you think I am funny.” 

The ‘Kedarnath’ fame actress captioned the video as, “Namaste Darshako Happy World Environment Day Thank you Mother Nature for the air we breathe, the water we drink, the land we live on and the life we lead. I really hope we can all have more gratitude, respect and appreciation for the planet we live on”.

The video has garnered more than seven lakh likes, and needless to say it went viral in no time. One user commented, “Ufff he cuteness”, while the other said, “Lovely”.

On the professional front, Sara will be next seen in ‘Atrangi Re’, along with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. The flick is slated to hit the theatres on August 6.
